Glory to the Pig

Description

Cerdecería is a brand of meat products and gastronomic services created by Porcival SA, a traditional pig farming company in Colombia. Its goal is to elevate the status of pork in the region with an innovative and distinctive brand identity. The design features a striking fluorescent green color, a custom logo inspired by knives, a woodcut-style farmer symbol representing innovation, and a visual system based on heraldry. These elements highlight the company’s legacy and natural farming practices, breaking away from traditional market norms.

To achieve this result, we collaborated with Simón Londoño, who brought his unique vision to translate his graphic universe into an audiovisual product. This challenge was overcome through a direct and fluid communication process, ensuring that every detail authentically and impactfully reflects the essence of the brand.

The branding video for Cerdecería is a clear example of how its visual identity elements come to life through audiovisual language. The straight, modular transitions evoke the precision and aesthetics of meat cuts, while the vibrant fluorescent green dominates the compositions, reinforcing the brand's presence. This color enhances and highlights the animation of iconic illustrations, creating a striking visual narrative that seamlessly blends tradition and innovation.
